The valves/slides are in great shape, and the horn plays well with a huge sound. I've not used it a lot since acquiring it, so it's not really accrued much wear in my possession.
It has some dents and dings in places, and a few small areas of tarnish in hard-to-reach places. I'd say about 95% of the silver is there, with some very tiny patches of missing silver. 2 braces need re-soldering eventually, but it's really non-urgent/doesn't affect how the horn plays.
$2,700. Comes with a Protech gig bag in great condition, as well as a Miraphone 22 mouthpiece. I'm in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and can drive a fair distance to meet an interested buyer. I'm willing to negotiate on price and am willing to trade for an Eb or F tuba, or other offers if they are interesting enough.
