That’s a lot of hand formed tubing, probably done without a jig.

I believe I see patches.
priced low enough to leave room in the budget for any possible work which might (??) need to be done to the machine portion of the instrument.
picture looks like CC, but I'm sure the seller is correct. A=440...??

I've heard mostly good reviews of purchases from him.
At least in my state, we have to pay state sales tax on eBay purchases. I wonder if a person could buy direct from him and avoid that?

yes, he will do direct PayPal payments. He does everything and (pack and ship) pretty cleanly. Uwe "St. Pete's are 6/4 tubas" Schneider is a legit dude.
