The restaurant closes at 9:00.

They have me beginning work at 8:50.

Bill is sending me a tune list.

Speaking of that, you haven't told us much about Covid the kitty recently... still doing ok?

I've been feeding him like crazy, and he looks much more muscular and less "gaunt".
He had NOT "grown into" his large ears, which are REALLY quite handsome, and his legs are VERY long.
He's also noticeably larger (last month or so), but not "zounds!" larger.
I'm going to quit (over?)feeding him when he reaches 8 lbs...and he's about an ounce away.
I'm using "cat treats", because he loves 'em and they are high in calories (2 per nugget). The vet says, "Go for it".
A couple of nights ago, he jumped from my 4'-high leather chair back to a horizontal beam (log) that is 10 feet high, on top.
The beam is/was also four feet (horizontally) over from the back of the chair...' quite a leap...
He stays out (with look-alike female same-age companion...not his sister) "Cuddles" all day from around 7 A.M. until around 4 P.M.
They spend the day scouting out the perimeters and wood piles seeking things to mercilessly slaughter.
Covid is "my" cat, and "Cuddles is "Mrs. bloke's" cat. ie. I'm Covid's daddy, and Mrs. bloke is Cuddles' mommy.
18-year-old Bella and 8-year-old Dusty get their petting in when they can manage.

This was taken three months ago (slightly smaller) from the same chair, with the 10'-high beam in view:

Out of curiosity, is the accent on the a in sousaphonist?

Someone told me that was the case for certain saxophonist...

Well, equivalent syllabel: the first o.

Strolling Sousaphone - isn't that a tautology?

I generally try to avoid communicating the same thing in different ways via the use of redundant expressions. 😉

Last month, a nearby city opened back up their street performer program.

I been meaning to take advantage of it, but been a tad lazy.

If i prove to be less lazy in the next few weeks, anyone got any requests or suggestions for me to play?
