I just put a SWEET F. E. Olds top-of-the-line "Rafael Méndez" model trumpet from around 1963 on my "Mid-South Music" page on facebook.
Gleaming condition with beautiful pistons.
The owner tells me that I re-lacquered it quite a few years ago. (I'm not going to remember anything like that, but I take them at their word.)
The original dark-reddish case (with "Olds" emblem) is with the instrument.
$1695 buys it immediately.
