That tuba (both vintage and current) is listed as having a .658" bore.
Why do you want a valve or valve set @.695" specifically?
I have never seen a tuba with a .695" bore. I have seen .656", .687", .689", .703", and .709" however. King, Olds and Reynolds valves come in the very common .687/.689" size if that helps. Some Conn horns have the .703" size, and .709" is a more "Euro" 18 mm size.
If you are trying to slightly bump the bore for the 4th then a King valve is your best bet. If you want to keep the bore the same as your horn then you need a .658" valve.

Buy 5j or other similar 4v tuba.
