WTB: Meinl Weston 2250

In search of a used Meinl Weston 2250, ideally in silver plate. I'd love to find a 2250TL, or even the elusive 2250NP, but I know those are rare.
Budget is around $9k.
Located in Columbia, South Carolina. I'm planning on attending the TUSAB Tuba-Euph Workshop in February, so I'll be in DC for that.
