WTB: <= 3K$ BBb tuba in Eastern Canada or willing to ship

Hello!
I figure this might be a long shot, but I've been looking for a used tuba to return playing after a very long hiatus. After searching somewhat locally for a decent used BBb tuba and not finding much, I turn to here!
What I'm looking for:
- BBb 3/4 or 4/4
- Front-facing piston or rotary
- Ideally not a Chinese clone, but not 100% opposed
- I don't mind scuffs and dents, but must be in working order (repair tech is 1.5hours away!)
Depending on the location I might even drive a long distance for the right horn.
