A Moorside Suite (Holst) parts - Eb and BBb Bass

Post by arpthark »

I believe this work is public domain. Would anyone be so kind as to send me these at beanhillbrass at gmail?

Thanks!

Bump. I may have to just transcribe this from the score.

Thanks, yes, I've been uneasily eyeing the score on IMSLP with the sinking realization I might just have to bite the bullet and transcribe these into Finale or play off the score.

As ridiculous as this might sound, you could always convert the pdf to an image file, then cut/paste kinda like we did in high school when a part was missing.

I might have the Eb bass part somewhere on paper. No files of it stored anywhere I can easily email though.

Given that time’s money you might prefer not to transcribe the parts but rather buy them. As I understand it - might be wrong - the piece is still in print and so missing parts ‘should’ be available at a price … but what price your time? Buying missing parts is a pain and not necessarily cheap but the band that I play in has recently gone through its library and replaced many missing and non-original parts.
