As ridiculous as this might sound, you could always convert the pdf to an image file, then cut/paste kinda like we did in high school when a part was missing.

Given that time’s money you might prefer not to transcribe the parts but rather buy them. As I understand it - might be wrong - the piece is still in print and so missing parts ‘should’ be available at a price … but what price your time? Buying missing parts is a pain and not necessarily cheap but the band that I play in has recently gone through its library and replaced many missing and non-original parts.
