PT-7 for pt-6 or Thor

Post by LargeTuba »

Im wanting to trade my pt-7 for a pt-6 or a Thor.

The pt-7 is a true 6/4 tuba. The thing is absolutely massive and produces a lot of sound.

I had a PT-7 like this for a while, and traded it for a PT-6 rotary.

The PT-6 owner instantly noticed and liked the bigger size and breadth of the PT-7.
I instantly noticed and liked the slightly smaller size and focus of the PT-6.

Not that the PT-6 is the most focused of all tubas, but compared to the PT-7, it's noticeable. Two different and excellent tubas!
