That is Ed Stregge of Badger State Repair. He is a good guy, but he loves his buffer and he charges a lot.

I think the question is, how much would a new bell cost if you ordered one from Miraphone?
I don't know that answer, but otherwise, no, it doesn't seem like a good deal.
