I've decide to put off any purchase until February. I need to spend some time with My Eb to see if it is good enough to cover the things I might need an Eb for. If I don't buy an Eb, I might upgrade my BBb, since I'm in the process of becoming a full time BBb /Eb player, but 90% of that would be BBb

I do know that Eb/Bb makes for a better pairing in the brain for me than Eb/C. Impressed by peeps who can stick with that combo!

(I’ve owned all keys of tuba and Eb/C/Bb concurrently in the past.)

I played mostly CC and Eb. That was not terrible but when I tried transposing BBb brass band treble parts to sub in my group with my CC it was very hard. I only play Eb now but if I ever went back to a contra it would be a BBb.

CC/Eb is what screwed me up when I bought the last 184 CC. Way too many times the wrong valves were down for the dot on the page and that is why I have the BBb on the way and sent the CC on to someone else. When I had CC and F I didn't have the brain fart problems, but the Eb I have now is so WAY more playable than the F I had then, I'm sticking with it.
