Yamaha YCB-822. CC. 4/4. 5 Valves.
Fantastic playing tuba. Good intonation.
Silver is around 90% intact. Currently has a few small dents. Has some small/medium dents and evidence of prior repair (dent repair and solders). Case is pretty beat up (cracks, scuffs).
Here is a recording where I was playing this tuba:

Nice tuba, nice price. A friend of mine in undergrad had one of these, and it sounded wonderful. I believe he later sold it when he went into the Army band system... But it did every single thing he needed it to do. That was about 20 years ago... At a major state university with a large music department... The only time I ever saw an F tuba was Tom Holtz in jazz band...

This tuba is still looking for a new home. Its a great tuba, I just dont play it much now that I have my Holton 345 and my Army Band will be providing a CC.

Road Trip Bump. In late March, I'll be in (at least passing through) Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Mississippi, and Arkansas... if you are seriously interested, let me know and I can take it with me and we can met up.
