LA Concerts?

New to the tuba! I'm looking for some really good concerts or groups that heavily use the tube in or around LA. Any suggestions?

Lots of Mexican banda music out here, all with amazing sousaphone players. The sousaphone scene in general is very strong here...every classical tubist I know also owns a sousaphone and gigs on it year round. Otherwise, you're pretty much left with the many good orchestras in town or the occasional local jazz group that uses tuba. There are also 4 groups in Disneyland that use some form of tuba if that's your thing.

Of course, plenty of Oktoberfest gigs for tubists this time of year.
