A matter of minimal importance

Since we have the following singular/plural examples:

datum: data
phylum: phyla
maximum: maxima
curriculum: curricula
referendum: referenda
memorandum: memoranda
stadium: stadia
symposium: symposia
medium: media
bacterium: bacteria
millennium: millennia
colloquium: colloquia

Then may I suggest: euphonium: euphonia? One word in the right ear at a ITEA conference . . .

We can discuss tuba: tubae at another time.

One must assume at least a modicum of expertise in Latin, and that is a pretty rare thing nowadays.
