Also, the pay (assuming 15 weeks per semester) works out to be $40 per hour. That’s not terrible and you can have access to healthcare, but you’re gonna need another job of equivalent or better pay. Rent looks to be $1500 a month in that area, or roughly two weeks pay from this job.

There are people making more than this with zero education past high school and do so at a single location and probably have better benefits. Plus they are potentially younger. It’s just wild to contemplate.
