Everything must go is how every store operates all the time.

Seems like it is their piano store in Minnesota—the Wisconsin store is still open it seems.
Ironically, the store that is closing is expanding and hiring a manager

Something tells me there's really not going to be a blowout sale per se, but they're just trying to have to move less stuff over to Wisconsin. It's going to be pretty easy to liquidate what's left from that other store simply by not ordering some stuff for a while. I don't see them as having anything to lose, because as far as I know they don't have any proprietary to their store stuff made in China, so I don't see them as losing the exclusive rights to any models.

Everything must go is how every store operates all the time.
To wit, one of our local furniture stores has been having a "going out of business" sale for going on three years now.
When Woolworth's, Kmart, JCPenney, Sears, and Rite-Aid were having store closing sales around here, all the truly desirable merchandise got shipped out beforehand to stores that weren't closing their doors, and all the crap that nobody could sell got shipped in from those other locations to liquidate at store-closing sales. For most shoppers, there was not a deal to be found.
