NM
Internet board shorthand for no message. I had second thoughts on liquidating the mouthpiece and deleting posts (unfortunately) isn't an option.

Oh… I was working on an offer. The U.S. compensated Mexico $15,000,000 in 1848 for the acquisition of Nuevo Mexico and Alta California. That’s about $430 million in today’s dollars. Present day New Mexico represents a bit less than 40% of the total area, so I figure $175 million plus a bit more for appreciation would be a fair offer (provided there were no problems with the title search). That said, I was going to propose giving you $10,000 and your pick of any two mouthpieces from my collection. Please think about it. It would be fun to own the Cumbres and Toltec Scenic Railway and be located closer to @Mary Ann .

No message? Why would someone bother posting that for a deletion? I have only ever seen "NM" used for "Never Mind".

Yeah... I guess never mind works better. Or... as hindsight is 20/20... I could have just posted "I'm having second thoughts and have decided to hang onto it." Which is where we eventually ended up anyhow.

Well I would have considered the $10k offer even if it meant I had to cheat a little bit on the document proving ownership.
