Dillon had one a long while back that was set up 4+1 with a bad scotch-brite finish. It also looks like a 2-3 combination fifth valve too.

Does "two-tone finish" mean yellow brass with nickel silver?

For that money someone can sit around and wait for a 283.

Since I own both a 183 and a 283 == the differences in mine are that the 283 slots more easily, making it easier to play, plus it has easier intonation. However, my 183 is more accessible below-the-staff, and I did perfectly fine using the low Ab false tone, which is more open than the same note on the 283. However -- I don't use the 5th valve on the 283 and don't actually need it, except for better slotting on the B below middle C, which I play 1-5. I didn't feel a lack of a fifth valve at all on the 183.

On consignment the seller is going to get way less than the asking price. Better off to lower the price unless the hassle isn't worth it.
