Why no Trumpet Christmas

Just came across a post on Reddit r/trumpet complaining about tubas having their own get together and wanting to organize a Trumpet Christmas (apparently so trumpet players can get the melody for once!).

Here’s an analogous question: we have Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, why is there no children’s day?
