WTB: York receiver-to-bell brace

I do t think I have a spare but just compared the ones on my 736 (4v front action 6/4) to an 18” bell Monster Eb. Without getting calipers out, the look to be about the same.

Here’s the one on the 736

(original brace, not original bell, adapter in receiver to use euro shank):

The one I pictured is on my 6/4 front action York that is all original (as far as I can tell) except for the bell swap (still have the original recording bell) and there is an adapter in the receiver to get down to Euro shank.

But yea, the look just about the same.

However the pictured brace also matches what is on my 18” bell York monster Eb, which also looks to be original to the horn.

If I thought that swapping out a receiver brace devalued an instrument, I would have kept quiet, but I just don't think it devalues an instrument at all.
In fact, I view those King receiver braces as remarkably stout, and maybe the best ones ever made.
Besides the fact that it isn't the original installation, am I not also seeing gold tinted lacquer which has been darkened down from heat?
I concede that both King and York used diamond shaped brace feet, but King was always a little more industrial. Those makes were similar in other ways. The bottom bows are virtually interchangeable between King and York/Holton, and - when converting a top action York/Holton to a front action - a King front action sixth branch saves the day, and fits perfectly.

I posted a picture of the one that is original to my 6/4 York front action bell front (pictured below). In the picture I posted above, that horn has had a L&H upright bell swap.

I don’t think putting a non original brace is going to devalue arpthark’s big York either

Nope, that brace wasn’t darkened by heat as far as I know. The whole tuba was that color when I bought it. There is an euro adapter in the mouthpiece receiver that isn’t stock but made from a big York Sousa bit.

There, clear as mud.
