This looks to be a transitionary model. It has the upper 1st valve slide but still has the curly-cue on the 3rd loop.

(upper #1 slide, and smaller bell diameter, YET with the old-style "forever" cases)

From 1978 or 1979 typically you would see the top pull 1st valve slide and curly-Q. That smaller 19'' bell would be newer (1980+)...Still matches the horn nicely.
