Looking for an original JW York and Sons 91 Tuba mouthpiece.
It has a large shank that fits the York model 91 large receiver.
Both are larger than standard American size shanks and receivers.

I have a York Al-Tru 76 BBb Bass (large) mouthpiece with larger than Standard shank.
I've only seen one Al-Tru 91 mouthpiece, and it was for a horn.
