essential for tubists

:tuba: As so many tubists are dog owners, please post your dogs’ names below, AFTER changing EVERY vowel in their names to “oodle”.

GO !

Poodleppoodle Coodlettoodlen

For what it's worth, she hates the tuba and will hide in her crate while I'm playing. Or maybe she just hates it when I play. She absolutely loves meeting new people, however, so perhaps one or more of you should come over with your horn and we'll figure it out for sure.

Boodlenkoodler

Which actually would look much cooler as:

Büdlenküdler

She sleeps about 22 hours per day. Couldn't care much less about anything. A great dog.

When I was a boy my dad was a bird hunter, local quail and occasionally regional pheasant. He had an english setter, with behavior typical of the breed. Keeping in mind the technical term for the female of the species, it was years before I understood the double entendre of Dad naming our dog, "Lady." No, she was not an "-oodle" in any way. But she hunted best and performed exemplary as her namesake on a hunt with a good pointer: trot out to a wide flank, wait for the whistle, jump in from the side, perfect flush, quail for dinner.

GoodleNNoodle

She puts up with the tuba (and other low brass noise-makers) rather well. I think that's mostly due to getting her as a puppy. So, she's used to it. :tuba:
