RM 6/4 BBb at Baltimore Brass
I noticed they've dropped the price on the big Rudy at BBC. A new 5/4 goes for >$18K USD at Thomann.

Or hear someone play it that knows what they are doing.

I've played that one, and it is unlike anything out there. It's BIG, but it's not hard to play. When you settle into it, it makes plenty of sound without a ton of effort.

Three Valves, Why don't you go in and play test it and make a recording of yourself and post on youtube? Aren't you super near? Then your video can be the primo video on the internet for us to hear your mastery of the beast! Very interested in hearing how you sound on it!!!Three Valves wrote: ↑Thu Oct 21, 2021 12:11 pm Or hear someone play it that knows what they are doing.

I played on it for a little bit last year. If I won the lottery that horn would be my first purchase. Absolutely outstanding horn. The shear size is also something to behold. Even larger then the lap sousas many have but was far more nimble then a first glance would give it credit for.
