This one.
When we recorded this, we were a 6 piece tuba section responsible for a 90 piece concert band.

To be used as test piece in an audition for concert- or Brass band tuba section.
Test objectives: Breath control, carrying a melodic line, teamwork with section mates, sound.
Also: Support a gradual crescendo lasting roughly 4 minutes.
Last run (starting around 3 minutes into the recording): Have applicant team up with one of the pre-existing section mates to play the 8vb-part.

Maybe the opening from this one, which we're playing in this year's Maryland All-State Community Band:

Principal tuba, Bel Air Community Band
Old (early 1900s?) Alexander BBb proto-163
1976 Sonora (B&S 101) 4-rotor BBb
1964 Conn 20J/21J BBb (one body, both bells)
1970s Marzan Slant-rotor BBb
~1904 York 3P BBb Helicon
Old Alex Comp.F, in shop
