Conn 20K / 40K

Hey all.

I am looking to buy a Conn 20K sousaphone (silver would be nice but not necessary) - or 40K but I guess they are unicorns.

If anyone here get's the idea of selling that kind of a horn, please let me know :)

Are you looking for either of these two particular more recent versions and models, or a larger bugle Conn sousaphone generally? If a larger one generally, in addition to the 20K and the modern 40K:
20K are probably the most numerous (I played one in grad school);
22K is the fiberglass version;
38K is the pre-WWII version with a 24-inch or 26-inch bell with a standard valve set (I had the use of one years ago);
40K pre-WWII is the 4-valve version of the 38K with the standard valve set.

I am mainly looking for these two, with emphasis on the 20K one though. I would love to have the 40KW model but I have only seen new ones for sale and they are pricy.

I have a crush on the 20K, the short action being one of the properties that makes it attractive to me.
