No specific questions at the moment, i just know there wil eventually be questions, and i will be impatient enough i'd to start that thought now.

various levels of quality, gauge (size of teeth aka "elements" / slider), and (obviously) length.

Plastic teeth zippers are garbage.

Zippers are available to buy online.

best to have a luggage repair/shoe shop person install them (as - were you not asking - you would probably already be experienced at installing them).

Mrs. bloke could install zippers, but please do not ask her to...I want her to stay caught up on stuff that pay$.
