I think BMB is one of my favorite brand names.
But i''m pretty sure you still get to use your own mouthpiece, so players' mouth sizes are actually irrelevant.
Maybe they are marketing to expressive players? In that the phrase is also applied to folk who talk to much? Of which i have occasionally been guilty...
